The system utilizes liquid caustic soda and quartz sand as core raw materials. Under controlled heating and pressure within a dedicated reaction kettle, a chemical reaction is initiated to form sodium silicate solution with a modulus below 2.45. The resulting solution is further refined via filtration and can be adjusted for use in multiple sectors.
